The Lustig & Webb Salon

From the moment you step through our doors, we’ll take care of you. Let’s get you comfy as we serve up a frothy coffee, endless cups of tea, or something fizzy (we won’t tell). We’ve all had years in the business between us, and we only use Kevin Murphy products because we think they’re great for hair, and kinder on the planet.

The Lustig & Webb team

We only let the best people get their hands on your hair. Led by our co-founders, Stephen & Daniel, come and meet the team and let the L’Oréal Colour Experts do colour consults and transformations, make Lustig & Webb Salon a regular thing for your weekly blowout, and don’t forget, we love a wedding so let us be part of your special day.

We deal in bobs, lobs and unruly curls, turn devil roots into luxe locks, perfect a precision cut, and help people who haven’t seen a hairdresser’s chair in way too long look their best again. Seriously, everyone is welcome.

Gogglebox giggles

People choose us for our skills with the scissors, but if you love good telly like we love good telly, you might have spent a Friday night or two watching Stephen, Daniel and the poodles entertain the nation on Gogglebox. We can’t promise you fame, but we can promise you a lot of the same good chat the boys make us lol with every week.

Meet Our Team

Daniel

Daniel has been hairdressing in Brighton for over 20 years. He has worked for Toni and Guy, Rush hairdressing, enjoyed an editorial role for Harpers & Queen, Glamour, Bliss magazine, and styled hair for many weddings. Daniel is currently joint owner and stylist at Lustig & Webb.

Stephen

Stephen has been hairdressing for over 20 years. He trained with Toni and Guy and worked for them worldwide for 15 years in Dubai, London and Brighton. Stephen has a professional yet relaxed approach to hairdressing and is currently joint owner and stylist at Lustig & Webb.

Claire

With over 10 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, Claire Finn is the newest addition to Lustig and Webb! She loves making you feel at ease and taking you through the whole process of colouring, cutting, and styling to help you achieve your hair goals. Claire has worked on photo shoots, London Fashion Week, numerous weddings, she is a L’Oréal Colour Specialist, a current L’Oréal ID Artist and she can’t wait to meet you!

Emma

A bit about me – I’ve been working in salons now for 16 years, from a Saturday girl to where I am now. The last 5 years have been spent working as a senior director for Rush. I love all things hair but particularly making people feel special and feel good about themselves. The power of great hair!

Natalie

Hi, my name is Natalie and I’ve been working for Rush for the last 5 years. I started as front of house until I qualified as a stylist in 2018. Since then I’ve been through some in-house training courses where I’ve learned my passion for creating short hair cuts and bespoke balayages. In my spare time, I’ll be at Beauty Bar getting my nails done or eating out with friends and family.

Johnny

I’ve been in the industry for 11 years & for the last 6 years have worked at Rush as a consultant. In 2021 I’m proud to say I not only qualified as a L’Oreal Professional Colour Specialist but also won Sussex Stylist of the Year at Salon Awards 2021! My favourite thing to do in the salon is colour – particularly freehand balayage & foilayage; but anything creative that can make my brain tick – I want to do it! For me, it’s all about building a relationship with guests, tailoring their hair to their individual needs and having fun in the process!

Di

Di has over 25 years of experience in hairdressing. She has worked on cruise liners and has managed Toni & Guy in Brighton! Little fun fact: Di worked with Daniel when he was a little wee assistant.
