Happy New Year! We’re practically half way through the loooongest month of the year and it’s time for some salon news. First up: WE’RE LOOKING FOR A BRILLIANT HAIRDRESSER TO JOIN US. Is that you?

 

Oh hair-lo

If Christmas got you thinking, BRING ME A NEW JOB, SANTA, and you know your way around a pair of scissors, we’d love love LOVE to welcome you to our pretty little salon. Come and be fabulous with us.

We’re growing our perfectly formed hairdressing team to 5 and we’re on the hunt for a qualified hairdresser. Talking of Covid…

Omicron got so extra for a hot minute there we wanted to remind you of all the ways we’re looking out for your wellbeing in the salon. Firstly, we all take a lat flow test every day, and we’re all back in masks (customers too!). Plus we’re sanitising all the time to keep the salon ship shape and spit spot, and you’ve still got lots of sanitising gels on each station. As ever, we’d ask you not to come in if you’re experiencing any Covid-like symptoms as that’s the safest way to keep us all safe.

 

January feeling too January-ish?

We hear you. Daniel says book in for a colour consult, as it’s the easiest way to cheer up your locks and your lewk. Bringing a hit of new spring colour are these trends for ’22 to colour yourself pretty with. Pale pinks, cola reds, platinum blondes and silvers are still very much leading the way, but if you’re looking for inspo we think these are a fun place to start.

Luscious lavender (as seen on Chrissy Teigen), neon red (ditto, Dua Lipa), multi-coloured tendrils (thanks, supermodel Bella Hadid), are everywhere right now, but if that sounds too much – and for anyone brown-haired who isn’t quite ready to go full-on colourful – you could always go the way of the Kardashian/Jenners and opt for honey bronde. It’s just as it sounds – a golden brown that looks great peeping out from under a darker tendril or two.

 

The Price is Right

We’ve added a teeny weeny extra £5 to all cuts and colour services for the start of the New Year. On the bright side: we haven’t put our prices up in years. No skirmishes at the till please, we still love you but need to pay our rent.
