Santa’s coming
Did someone say partay? Yaassssss it’s so very nearly Christmas! We can’t of course speak for you lovely lot, but everyone here at Lustig & Webb Haircut Towers is feeling super festive. And so, for the last blog of the season we thought we’d do a lovely pictorial round up of the last month or so in the salon, with some snippets (‘scuse pun, puts down sherry) of hairdressing goodness thrown in for good measure.
Of course swishing you up for the biggest party season of them all starts early with us and we’ve been running around for months schuzzing and cutting and colouring and drying, transforming all those Ghosts of Christmas Past into Christmas-ready Tinkerbell tresses.
But in all seriousness, the season of goodwill can play havoc with hair. Late nights, beige food – don’t even get us started on the alcohol. That 14th white wine will dehydrate your hair as much as it does your beautiful little faces. Look away now, but fizz in particular is rubbish for hair (something to do with more sugar). So with that in mind, it’s good to keep a little me-time planned in to get back to fab.u.LOUS. See Daniel’s newly nanokeratin’d hair for proof.
Get the GLOW. January is looming next of course, and with it a need to make life feel and look a little less grey than the winter outside. If you’re in the mood for next-level colour, then resident L’Oreal Proffesionel expert and bon vivant, Daniel, has just the thing. Say bonjour to MAJIREL GLOW. The latest revolution in natural looking hair colour, Majirel Glow is now in the salon. It’s L’Oreal’s first colour that not only gives you natural-looking swooshiness (an actual thing), but adds that all important luminous shine and translucency to your new colour. With 50% more light reflection in every drop, it can lift up to 3 levels. With names like Arctic Moon, Frozen Rosé, and Fairy Pearl, just ask next time you’re in for a colour consult.
Safari so goodie. Love was very much in the air this November, when the boys flew off to South Africa for a surprise renewal of their vows. Awwwwh. Yaaass, queen. Actual royalty continued as the boys popped to the Palace and met HRH Princess Royal. We hope you agree that Stephen’s face in the picture is THE CUTEST. There was Christmas party fun with team celebrations in full flow at Wickwoods, Daniel got visited by a lovely blogger, and in Gogglebox news, if you haven’t seen the one about Stephen’s cleaning, erm, accident, then we invite you to pop on over to this little piece that appeared in The Argus now and enjoy.
And that’s it from us for another year ?
Swishing you all a very happy Christmas, and we look forward to making you all look merry and bright in 2020.
Bring on the fun! ?
Love L&W x
